Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York
Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy led a workshop entitled "Search Your Heart - Claim Your Power" for the Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York. In this session, she shared information on how to think, eat and live in a heart-healthy way. The event was sponsored by the American Heart Association and Allen's Women’s Health Ministry which is led by the Co-Pastor, Rev. Dr. Elaine McCollins-Flake.

Abyssinian Baptist Church Go Red Sunday
Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy led an interactive and inspriational "Raise Your Spirit" segment for the Go Red Sunday Program at The Abyssinian Baptist Church in New York sponsored by their Health Ministry. "Go Red" is a program of the American Heart Association which raises women's awareness about heart disease, and encourages women to take action to reduce their personal risk.

National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness
Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy will be leading a stress management workshop at Iris House in celebration of National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Iris House provides comprehensive services and advocacy for women, families, and communities infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS, while simultaneously providing prevention and education services for at-risk communities.

World Economic Forum on Africa 2011
Africa has demonstrated greater than expected resilience through the global economic crisis and has become one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. Improved political and macroeconomic stability, strengthened political commitment to private sector investment and better access to basic education and social services are drivers behind this trend. The Forum will bring together leaders from around the world under the theme, "From Vision to Action, Africa's Next Chapter."

Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2011
The Annual Meeting of the New Champions, the “Summer Davos”, is the foremost global business gathering in Asia. Introduced in 2007 in close collaboration with the People’s Republic of China and with the personal support of Premier Wen Jiabao, last year’s Meeting in Tianjin convened 1,300 participants, including over 400 CEOs from Forum Partner and Member companies together with up-and-coming leaders from business, politics, science and technology from 80 countries. In 2011, the theme is "Mastering a New Business Matrix."
