Dr. Kennedy has led in many environments - from managing three operating units as Vice President of Business Operations at MTV Networks to leading a successful entrepreneurial organization. Her father, Dr. James Scott Kennedy, was a pioneer in Executive Leadership Training starting in the 1950s and was a trailblazer in cross-cultural communication and leadership development around the world. The younger Dr. Kennedy is continuing in his footsteps. With an MBA from Harvard, she has also completed the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education program on Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century, and is a Member of the Forum of Young Global Leaders. With each talk tailored, she can deliver the message you need, whether you are a small business, corporation, non-profit or professional association. The Harvard Club of New York City
On Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010, Dr. Terri Kennedy spoke about "How to Turn Your Passion Into A Sustainable Social Enterprise" at the Harvard Club in New York City. The event was sponsored by three Harvard entities: the Harvard Club, Harvard Business School Club of New York and the Harvard Social Enterprise Club. She shared her journey from corporate executive to social entrepreneur, offering advice on surviving the start-up phase, creating innovative strategies for outreach and funding, as well as managing personal balance and sanity. Most of all, she challenged participants to be leaders in their own lives and use their unique talents to help improve the state of the world.

On February 23rd, 2009, Dr. Terri Kennedy was the keynote speaker for the New York State Council of Health-system Pharmacists Leadership Development Conference. The Council represents New York State pharmacists who practice in ambulatory, long term, managed, home and acute care settings. On Friday, March 27th, 2009, Dr. Terri Kennedy was the keynote for the 2nd Annual Women In Leadership Development Conference for The Gannon University Small Business Development Center in Erie, PA. The Conference involved "women presenting to women" and focused on the areas of: wellness, leadership and personal development. Dr. Kennedy spoke on servant leadership - "Becoming a PWR Leader: Serving Up Success." She also offered a break-out session on "PWR Branding: Leveraging your Unique Value Proposition."
