Read what people are saying about Teresa Kennedy’s dynamic and informative presentations. Corporate executives and community leaders alike agree that Terri’s custom-tailored presentations and proven techniques will have an immediate effect on your health, productivity and overall perspective on life.
From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Kennedy. Looking through the evaluations, she was a hit with the attendees as well. She instantly connected with our 800 participants. Some of them said that she was the favorite part of their day. Her personal story resonated with the audience and her positive energy got them on their feet. She is very interactive and engaging, offering useful information as well as inspiration. There was standing room only for her breakout session, and her book signing table was crowded… If you want a dynamic and knowledgeable speaker, then I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kennedy.

The Health Enhancement Company (Client – Bloomberg Media)
I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Terri Kennedy on two occasions. She came highly recommended to me by a colleague at the Cleveland Clinic. Therefore, my company booked her to lead a stress management presentation for one of our top clients, Bloomberg Media. Since she did such a stellar job the first time, we had her back to lead an intensive workshop. She is a fabulous presenter. Her real-world experience as a senior executive at MTV Networks gave her an instant connection with the group. I know that the participants walked away with at least one tool to help them recognize their own stressors and will be able to put into action one of the many exercises that she demonstrated. It is clear that she knows the material and her positive energy is infectious. Feedback from the most recent event this week says it all: “Dr. Kennedy was just plain awesome!”
Macy’s East – Corporate
Dr. Kennedy pleasantly treated us to a lively and interactive event. She has a keen understanding fo the stresses associated with our business, having served as Vice President for MTV and VH1, and this connection resonated with our employees. By popular demand, we are all interested in bringing Dr. Kennedy back so other employees can learn how to uncover and cope with stress.
American Heart Association / American Stroke Association
I just attended two Go Red events this weekend where Dr. Kennedy spoke and she was spectacular. She very effectively weaves our key points around heart disease and stroke into her own Power Living empowerment messages. Participants always walk away with a mix of inspiration and practical tips – and there is usually a line to buy her books. I enthusiastically recommend her for your speaking events.

I’ve known Terri for a number of years and I know her to be a positive life-changing force in our community. Terri is able to effectively communicate with all ages, genders and ethnic groups. Her background is very impressive and yet she is always approachable. She is truly a very special person and a dynamic speaker. If you have heard her speak before you know she will be getting you on your feet to do something no matter how large the crowd! Her focus on delivering health messages to the faith-based community is an important way to reach those at high-risk medically. Although she does not seek out accolades, Terri is certainly a world leader for these times. She will bring light to any event.

Spirit of the Feathers
I am honored to write a reference for Dr. Terri Kennedy as a speaker. She facilitated our 5th Annual Spirit of the Feathers Retreat at the Mount St. Alphonsus retreat house in Poughkeepspie, New York. The non-profit organization mentors young girls and women of color who are healing in some aspect of spirit, mind and body. The theme was “Soaring to New Heights.” The women received “an immersion” into the Power Living empowerment techniques, such as meditation, visualization, nutrition and stress management. Throughout the weekend, Terri shared her philosophy and spirit with the ladies and it was tremendous. We are trying to get her to come back again this year!
